My local ace hardware carries alike products but not this one. (Probably because it is smaller). I love being able to hit the whole sink by swiveling. Also, unlike some other products I've tried, there is no effort needed to switch between the center stream and outer spray. Installation is incredibly easy. If you think that your thread is not long enough for this to go on, you are probably using the white washer when you shouldn't. I purchased this along with another aerator (Ultra Eurojet Kitchen Sprayer). Both products are well made with similar designs. However, I preferred the Whedon. It's spray seemed more "controlled". Whenever I used the Eurojet in spray mode I'd end up with water splashing all over the rim of the sink, and on me. Not so with the Whedon. I don't think this was due to any defect in the Eurojet. My kitchen sink is not particularly wide or deep and it's possible that the Eurojet's spray is more forceful than the Whedon. If I had a larger sink I might well prefer the Eurojet. In the Eurojet's favor is the fact that I found it slightly easier to go back and forth from spray to stream on the Eurojet. Despite this edge in it's manufacture, for me the Whedon works best. |
